Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Mondello 1962 box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
